Aim
This course runs for 2 terms and is negotiated on an individual basis with the lecturer. It may also be taken as an independent study module. Entry is by a portfolio submission - an interview may be required. This course is aimed for the photographer who would like to have their artwork exhibited seriously in an established gallery for the first time. A portfolio will be required to ensure that a consistent level of artwork will be maintained for the exhibition at the end of the course. No materials will be supplied for this subject, and most publicity, general fees and opening costs will be borne by the student. Not for the faint-hearted this course is a must for anyone serious about public recognition for their photographic artwork.

18 x 3 hours per week (54 hours) over 2 terms.

Prerequisites:
Admission by portfolio.
Students must have their own manually operated 35mm or larger format camera and be able to commit themselves to work out-of hours for this course.
