| Aim This is an intermediate course for photographers who know their camera, are familiar with studio equipment and would like to learn more about photographic lighting, modelling techniques and assignments for paid, freelance photographic work. Students will explore specific lighting techniques, set up a portrait or tabletop according to the lecturers' schedule so each class will have different outcomes. Work will be completed in the studio and on location using real-life situations to create something different and very relevant to put into your portfolio. | Prerequisites: Introduction to Photography, Camera Portfolio 1, Introduction to the Studio. Students must have their own manually operated 35mm or larger format camera. Materials: Whilst a limited modelling budget and all studio hire is included in the course cost, it is expected that students will supply their own film, extra props and models as required.
