Aim
Students will begin to extend their conceptual and technical knowledge with their photographs. Historical and contemporary practices will be discussed. Further development of an individual photographic or multi-media portfolio will continue. Students will be encouraged to explore various techniques and ideas associated with the medium with an emphasis on the cross-fertilization of disciplines.

9 x 3 hours per week (27 hours)

Prerequisites:
Introduction to Photography
Students must have their own manually operated 35mm or larger format camera.

Materials:
Whilst all chemistry and other consumables are supplied, it is expected that students will supply their own film and paper.
